WVC wall panels install quickly thanks to their tongue-and-groove system. These are the recommended steps.
1. Substrate preparation
The wall must be flat, dry and free of dust. If the surface is uneven, it is recommended to level it beforehand to avoid uneven stress.
2. Expansion joints
PVC expands slightly with heat. On large surfaces leave a 1–2 mm expansion margin at joints and corners.
3. Fixing
This can be done with the press-fit system or with structural adhesive. Avoid low-quality adhesives with corrosive properties.
4. Trims
Complete the finish with baseboards, moldings and corner guards to match, available in the same range of finishes.
